Small construction at the pool – too much for a man of 64 years of age to drive?
We are moving to Florida, my husband, a healthy 64 years is to buy a house with a small pool gunnite it. Is it too bad for a man his age. I have no desire to help, if you go swimming in it. Is it necessary to cover the Lanai? Some advice would be welcome.
We moved to Az. and I wanted a pool. We were lucky to find Green Valley, Az. which is a community of 25,000, mostly 55 + children. They have an association which is $ 385/yr. 12 swimming pools were built around the city. Some salt water, a little chlorine. They also have about 60 clubs in the craft of any kind or no interest. We love it. Find a community like this can be in Florida. This type of relationship, it is easy to make friends too.
